We realizes that casting quality is very important for high valve performance, service life & reliability, and just invests 15 million USD to set up the professional & advanced foundry, the foundry employs the production lines of combined process, investment casting & sand casting process, with capacity investing casting 600T/M, sand casting 600 T/M, the max weight of single casting can be 8000kgs, the material covers carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel etc. and the foundry is equipped with quality inspection facilities, such as non-destructive examination equipment, mechanical testing equipment, and spectrum instrument etc. Benefitting from our own foundry & forging shop, we can effectively keep the supply chain under control, and ensure to provide the customer with high quality valve and on time delivery at favorable price.
